    No. Our security systems uses cellular communication to communicate emergencies between your alarm panel and our monitoring central stations.

    No. Our security systems uses cellular communication to communicate emergencies between your alarm panel and our monitoring central stations. Our alarm panels can also use your wifi to communicate emergency signals to our monitoring central stations as a backup to the cellular communication.

    Yes. All of our monitoring central station provide 24/7 monitoring so your property is protected around the clock.

  • 4. Can I purchase security equipment and not connect it to monitoring?
     

    Yes, you can choose to purchase security alarm equipment from us and monitor it by yourself. This is called “local monitoring,” meaning no emergency signal is being sent to a monitoring central station. You can also choose to install the equipment yourself or hire one of our licensed professional install it for you. Some functionality of the equipment might be limited, which we can explain to you before purchase.
